THE TEAM

Carol Rothwell – Managing Director / Lead Consultant
Carol is our lead consultant, responsible for the consultation and design of your bespoke solution. Carol is always on hand to guide and support you both during and after an assignment. Our clients value her insight and especially her ability to challenge their brief.

Christopher Dean – Associate Director / Lead Consultant
Along with Carol, Chris designs our project solutions and processes, and is one of our lead consultants with over 20 years experience in the field of business psychology and facilitation.

Sue Howells – Projects Director
Sue handles the management and implementation of our projects, and is also a highly motivated Management Development specialist with extensive experience both as a consultant and manager.

The Projects Team
Led by Melanie Leaning, our Projects Team brings tremendous skill and energy to project management and client support. Their responsiveness and flexibility, combined with their high-level planning skills, attention to detail and team-working have been key to our success.

Our Consultants
Our team of highly-skilled consultants will be responsible, along with Carol, for the implementation of your bespoke service.
